GCIS partners with the City of Gold Coast’s Water and Waste division to maintain, renew, and improve essential infrastructure under the Asset Lifecycle Delivery Service (ALDS) program. About the Role

GCISolutions is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site activities for water infrastructure renewal projects under the Asset Lifecycle Delivery Service (ALDS) program with the City of Gold Coast Council. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role ensures that work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Zero Harm.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations, including crew coordination, resource scheduling, and administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and company policies. Act as the primary point of contact for all site-related stakeholders. Drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery. Contribute to the Project Zero Harm Plan and promote a safety-first culture on-site. Maintain safety, quality, and environmental registers. Provide leadership and guidance to internal crews and subcontractors.

About You

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with:

Supervisory experience in the water industry. Strong knowledge of site safety, environmental management, and quality control. Ability to plan, set up, and execute works effectively. Experience managing self-perform D&C projects, subcontractors, and internal crews. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment. Confined Space, Work at Heights, and Install Trench Support tickets. Electrical licence (desirable).
