The Site Supervisor will oversee security operations to ensure compliance with customer requirements, contract specifications, and protocols. The Site Supervisor ensures the professional operation, coordination, scheduling, quality assurance, and profitability of uniformed services for the client’s site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee security operations and ensure compliance with customer and contract standards, including time and attendance tracking through the Post Tracking System (PTS) and adherence to Post Orders for assigned postsVerify that contract-required training, screening, and certifications for all security personnel are current and meet client requirements, including AED/CPR, weapons qualification, and other contract-mandated trainingImplement and enforce the Quality Control Plan by conducting regular inspections, addressing deficiencies, and ensuring adherence to all inspection and reporting requirementsEnsure accurate and timely reporting of incidents, including the use of bespoke customer forms for time tracking when PTS is unavailable, and completion of Prohibited Items Reports and Incident Reports as per client standardsEnsure that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal®. personnel assigned to his/her site)Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been metMaintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by Allied UniversalEnsure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shiftPerform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders)Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervisionRespond to client requestsMake emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post OrdersProvide direction and instruction to subordinates in regard to the performance of their dutiesDisciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnelMake productivity and cost reduction recommendations to managementMake recommendations for physical security surveys and post ordersMake recommendations concerning disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnelQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalentLicensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employmentCurrent driver’s license if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehiclePossess one or more of the following;Minimum of two (2) years of armed security experienceMinimum of one (1) year of law enforcement experience in a full-duty status with a recognized law enforcement agencyA minimum of two (2) years of service in the U.S. Armed ForcesAn Associate's degree or higher in any discipline with one (1) year of security supervisory/management experienceBe at least 21 years of ageDemonstrated knowledge of customer training certifications, such as NWDTP (National Weapons Detection Training Program) and other required refresher coursesThorough understanding of customer and DHS security regulations and compliance standardsProven ability in emergency response management, including familiarity with protocols for handling incidents such as civil disturbances, hazardous conditions, and emergency medical responsesAble to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitorsEffective oral and written communication skills; able to write informatively, clearly, and accuratelyProblem solving skills; able to assess and evaluate situations effectively; identify critical issues quickly and accuratelyActive listening skillsAbility to compile, sort, and interpret data; research and investigative skillsMediate conflict with tact, diplomacyAttention to detailPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
