What do you contribute?
You will coordinate, monitor and control the installation and commissioning of overhead contact line systems in high-speed and streetcar projects for our customers. You will check the requirements before the start of installation by third parties and support the creation of method descriptions, the planning of execution processes, personnel resources and the compilation of the necessary tools and equipment. You will support the engineering team in reviewing basic and detailed plans prior to implementation and in monitoring third party construction documents. You will ensure compliance with safety, environmental and information security regulations relevant to the work area. You will also work in an international environment, practicing your profession in different parts of the world and working with people from different cultural backgrounds.What do you bring along?
You have completed technical vocational training supplemented by further training as a technician (electrical engineering or mechanical engineering) or as a master craftsman (f/m/d). In addition, you have several years of relevant professional experience in projects related to railroad overhead line systems or high-voltage line distributions, as well as initial experience as a foreman. Proven experience with Siemens or comparable railroad overhead line systems, associated equipment and experience up to 25 kV OCS field construction activities is desirable. You will have knowledge and experience of reading and understanding designs, installation principles including relevant standards. Intercultural experience through stays abroad is required as well as a willingness to travel worldwide (up to 80%). You are fluent in English and ideally speak German well.What do we offer you?
