manages site resources human material and financial in order to ensure quality cost effective delivery of patient services for specific patient populations who require the needs of outpatient physical therapy This is accomplished either by direct action delegation or coaching and support of self directed work teams or individuals The primary responsibility is approximately patient treatment and administrative timeJob Responsibilities middot In collaboration with Director establishes develops and maintains effective relationships working agreements and quality partnerships to secure resources to support patient care and to assure compliance with current standards relevant to the patient populationmiddot Assesses staff performance of expectations and coaches mentors develops and evaluates employees to achieve behaviors congruent with the organizations vision mission and values in a continuous learning environmentmiddot Acts quickly to resolve customer patient client problems or complaints using their judgment and our policiesmiddot Work effectively as a team leader with the on site staff and with customers to provide quality service through communication cooperation and
