What this means for you is the opportunity to be a part of delivering innovative solutions and helping to solve real business problems for a wide variety of valued clients.\n\nResponsibilities: \n\nProvide 24x7 1st level support (12hrs shift helpdesk & onsite) for DXC Support Teams, Clients and Client’s 3rd Parties Vendors\n\nProvide 1st level troubleshooting to customers. \n\nRespond to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner \n\nResponsible for logging calls and ensure all calls contain clear problem description, resolution and all activities carried during resolution of the problems with the customers \n\nAttend Daily Operations Review Meeting\n\nAble to do initial diagnostic, categorization, set priority, dispatch job\n\nAble to support & coordinate with Support teams in incident/problem investigation and resolution.\n\nAble to identify incident trends in order to elevate incidents in accordance with standard operating procedures.\n\nEnsure timely case attention, resolution, escalation and closure, so that SLA is met.\n\nEnsure timely escalation of major and critical incidents.\n\nEnsure timely submission of daily and periodic statistics and reports.\n\nEnsure timely reporting of services outages or degradation and/ or batch failures\n\nContribute and Submit knowledge request if found lacking in the knowledgebase. \n\nLiaise with internal and external vendors to satisfy customer queries \n\nProactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence. \n\nActively pursue Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve the overall performance of the service desk \n\n​\nRequirements: \n\nDiploma or Certification in Information Technologies related fields.\n\nMinimum of 1-2 years of post-education IT work experience required.\n\nWorking knowledge on Windows, Unix and Network.\n\nBasic Configuration and Administration of PC and Laptops will be a plus.\n\nProficient level of computer skills including O365. Data analysis skill using Excel and Power BI will be a plus. \n\nExperience with call tracking / ticket management system (ServiceNow or Jira), Autotask preferred\n\nExperience with Managed Services, IT Integration and/or Consulting experience a plus \n\nMust be able to work independently and/or in a team environment \n\nAbility to deliver valuable and professional IT services to external clients \n\nTime management and organizational skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks \n\nGood communication skills to ensure successful resolution to client issues \n\nAbility to interact professionally with a diverse group of colleagues and clients \n\nAbility to work on site at client locations with respect to client’s work environment & staff \n\nCapable of maintaining a calm cool composure even when navigating challenging situations and frustrated clients \n\nProvide excellent communication with client while on site assuring superior client service\n\nOnly Singaporeans to apply due to requiring security clearance for the role\n\nWilling to work shifts – 12-hr shift including PH and Weekends.\n\nFully Vaccinated\n\n\nOur culture and benefits: DXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
