Air Products seeks a Gen Gas Supervisor at our on-site customer operating facility in Chandler, AZ. We are looking for an individual who embodies a safety-first mentality, takes ownership for getting results and can complete daily operating and maintenance activities. The Gen Gas Supervisor oversee the operation and maintenance of multiple plants, including two, O2 Vacuum Swing Adsorber (VSA) plants and one, High purity Nitrogen (HPN) plant and provide additional support our Ocotillo facility which includes two Air Separation Units (ASU), a Hydrogen Plant (electrolysis), one Clean Dry Air (CDA) and filtration system and multiple liquid storage tanks and back-ups. The Supervisor will need to understand all aspects of each of the Site’s complex operation with a primary focus on the operating process equipment and quality systems.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Managing remote plants, while providing support for the Ocotillo siteBasic Safety Process compliance and process safety managementProviding environmental, safety, and quality training to the operation and maintenance teamsSupport day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting plant process problems, directly supervising daily plant activities, meeting all reporting requirements, and driving plant maintenance and improvement projectsWorking with the operations team and support resources to achieve productivity targets in all areasIdentify maintenance concerns and implement corrective or preventative measuresInterface with the customer and ensure all product and services meet contractual specificationsMinimum Hiring Requirements:
High School diploma required5-years minimum experience in a manufacturing/production, processing, or similar military assignments, including Aviation Construction and Maintenance, Navy Nuclear, Cryogenics or Ground Support Equipment (GSE)This is a safety sensitive position.
