Site Trainer

As a Site Trainer within the Operations team at JPMorganChase, you will deliver new hire and cross-functional training to associates and leaders. You will gain insights into the operations workflow and assess the impact of emerging technologies on future processes. You will also manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with operations managers, training developers, and business analysts to ensure successful training implementations.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate classroom, virtual, and floor huddle training sessions to support operationsProvide evaluation, coaching, and feedback to develop new hires and existing employees on job performance and skill acquisitionManage ongoing training programs independently; assess and recommend changes to training programs and provide input into the development of new training programsSchedule training, coordinate resources, and maintain records of training sessions and participantsMonitor and evaluate training effectiveness by deploying measurement and feedback toolsLeverage subject matter experts to create accurate, realistic, and engaging training materialCultivate and maintain strong relationships with management to ensure that the training curriculum addresses gaps and needsSupport the operation sites during system and production implementation of new procedures and processesMaintain the training system environment for ongoing training

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year practical experience in an operation/production, finance institution, or fast-paced business environmentMinimum four years of experience in technical and soft skill training and developmentProfessional instruction and presentation skillsAbility to effectively deliver technical training content and facilitate discussion through interaction and engagementKnowledge of adult learning theories and training development methodologiesExcellent communication (writing-focused), organization skills, and attention to detailProficient competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointFlexibility in changing work schedules to accommodate 24-hour operations

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Knowledge in lockbox processingExperience in training data analysisFast learner with the ability to adapt and acclimate to new environments quicklyStrong sense of ownership in personal and team deliverablesA desire for excellence and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet delivery timelinesAn innate ability to innovate or identify and improve process efficiencies

Work schedule:  Must be flexible to support a 7 day/24-hour operation.  Will primarily work Sun – Thur 8 pm – 430 am, but needs to be able to flex to meet peak business needs. This position will be located at the Tempe location (2108 E Elliot Rd, Tempe, AZ  85284).
