Position Site Works Lead Location Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan Qualification Bachelor’s degree in related field. Experience Minimum 10 years experience.  Experience in resources or construction projects preferred Requirements Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards. Responsibilities Plan and oversee all site works, ensuring alignment with RDMC objectives. Build collaborative relationships with key departments (Engineering, Operations, Safety, etc.). Monitor and report departmental KPIs, addressing performance gaps. Implement and improve business practices, ensuring adherence to change management programs. Lead facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to maintain operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environment policies and address non-compliance issues. Lead the development and training of team members, supporting succession planning initiatives. Provide regular updates to management on project progress and potential risks.
