Department Site Works Position Site Works Specialist Location Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan Qualification Bachelor’s degree in related field. Experience Minimum 5-7 years of site works experience. Specialized knowledge in earthworks and construction techniques. Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in executing and planning projects of similar scales Responsibilities Provide technical expertise for complex site works activities. Develop and review work plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Analyze site conditions and recommend solutions to improve efficiency. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environment policies and address non-compliance issues. Look after the SITE Administration activities Monitor KPIs of team and project timelines Support team development through informal training and mentorship.
