**Overview**
Responsible for completing all components of the IT full project SDLC. Responsible for completing all components of the IT Agile and small project methodology.
Works independently and with teams under general supervision according to established procedures and policies and mentorship from Lead and Sr Software’s Engineers.
**Responsibilities**
+ Designs, creates, and maintains efficient and quality code, tests, implements and documents software application systems and processes.
+ Participates in all phases and supports the design, coding, testing, implementing and supporting assigned applications on time and within budget. Ensures quality project prior to implementation.
+ Supports project lifecycle by providing estimates for completion of assignments as well as status reporting.
+ Uses continuous learning to build expertise to identify and analyze problems and assess potential issues to improve applications in a timely manner. Supports meeting the deadlines and commitments under technical guidance and mentoring from team members.
+ Listens, interprets and documents business user requirements and/or requests. Presents ideas and approaches to the development team, which includes participation in the development of presentations.
+ Maintains detailed knowledge about assigned applications as well as other TJC business processes and their interfaces to various applications.
+ Develops and maintains system documentation for new and existing applications. Identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired state, designs new processes, develops process performance measures, and plans the transition to a new process.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field OR equivalent work experience.
+ 3+ years of IT work experience.
+ Treats team members fairly and builds relationships within and across departments.
+ Should be comfortable in a fast-paced development environment that continually embraces the latest technologies and techniques
+ Able to translate requests from the business community into appropriate website functionality
+ Demonstrates technical competence across a full life cycle of application development from initial requirements to implementation
+ Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
+ Demonstrates ability to develop complete understanding of TJC business processes and IT systems.
**REQUIRED Technical Skills:**
+ 1+ years of Sitecore web development experience
+ Sitecore APIs and Webhooks (RESTful and GraphQL)
+ Web Development using C#, .NET, MVC
+ HTML, Bootstrap, Next.js, jQuery
+ Google Analytics / GTM
+ Sitecore Search or similar search tools
+ CICD/DevOps for Web Platforms and Deployment using GitHub
+ SQL
+ Automation Testing
