Complete Description:
The Department of Employment Services (DOES) is seeking Six Sigma Green Belts to perform business process assessments, mappings, documentation, and re-engineering designs around employment services systems. This will include documenting "as is" systems, "to be" requirements, performing gap analysis, and providing recommendations for effective and efficient systems and designs.
The candidate will be part of a UI Transformation initiative required to meet federal rules and regulations. Lean Six Sigma knowledge is desired, as well as experience in employment services and unemployment insurance regulations.
