**Introduction** A Business Transformation Consultant with a focus on finance and business analytics serves as a strategic advisor to clients for their Enterprise Planning and Performance Management needs. They are responsible for design, build and managing the planning and performance management technology solutions, that assists the clients' corporate strategy to execution process. The role requires technical proficiency in AI infused extended Planning, Analytics (xP&A) and Performance Management platforms like IBM Planning Analytics, Cognos Controller and other cloud financial planning & performance management software. Knowledge and application of AI/ML infused forecasting algorithms is essential. This role requires a deep understanding of processes related to strategy, marketing, sales & operations planning, capital planning, project planning, production and capacity planning, long-range forecasting, rolling forecasts, cash flow forecasting, and financial statement (B/S and P&L) planning and financial modeling. This role also requires an understanding of financial planning processes and the ability to analyze data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions. The Consultant must also effectively communicate these insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, to drive performance management discussions. The consultant must be able to identify performance gaps, implement change, and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations to address these gaps. This role combines business acumen, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to drive successful Financial Reporting, Planning and Performance Management projects at the Enterprise level. **Your role and responsibilities** This role is responsible for leading process improvement projects utilizing advanced statistical analysis and quality management techniques to drive significant enhancements in metrics like defect reduction, efficiency, and cost savings.
