Southland Holdings A Southland Holdings company, Johnson Brothers Corp. is hiring for Skid Steer Operators for a large project in Palm Beach County, FL.  Equipment Operators Skid Steer + Skid Steer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining skid steer equipment to perform various tasks on construction sites + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors + materials + May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment; perform daily safety and maintenance checks; complete paperwork and other documentation as needed + May perform other related duties as required Qualifications: + 1-5 years of operating experience preferred + Must be able to operate multiple attachments + Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. may be required to work in adverse weather conditions + Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly + Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn + Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods + Valid Driver’s License + Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening If you are interested please submit resume for review.  For more than 100 years, hard-working, honest, and innovative people have been building what has become Southland Holdings.
