What You'll Do

At BCG, we deeply value the unique skills, leadership, and perspectives developed through military service. That’s why we’re excited to invite transitioning service members to apply for our 10-week SkillBridge@BCG Program.

This internship is designed to help you refine your business acumen while contributing your expertise to solve some of our clients' most critical challenges. Through our partnership with the DoD SkillBridge program, you’ll collaborate with BCG’s global network of professionals, gain hands-on experience, and thrive in an engaging, fast-paced environment. You will not be employed by BCG; rather, you will employed by the DOD during your internship.

Like our full-time staff, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business and society. Consulting work is varied and rigorous, often performed at our client sites. Projects can differ in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s needs. You’ll collaborate with BCG employees  from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, broadening your understanding of complex business challenges while developing skills and experience that will support your future—whether at BCG or beyond.

This program is open to U.S. military members across all branches, backgrounds, and specialties who are eager to explore a potential career at BCG and are transitioning from active duty between August 2025 - December 2025.
