**Skilled Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking construction laborers to complete tasks on a wastewater treatment plant shut-down project. You will work without detailed supervision, following instructions from a Lead Man or Foreman. Responsibilities include demolishing, installing, replacing, maintaining, and repairing concrete slabs and walls, rebar, form work, piping, and mechanical components. You will also excavate, move, and fill in dirt, sludge, and debris, as well as move and prep materials for the day’s work and perform general job site clean-up. **Hard Skills** + Concrete slab and wall work + Rebar installation + Form work + Piping and mechanical repairs + Excavation **Soft Skills** + Ability to work without detailed supervision + Following instructions + Team collaboration + Attention to detail **Job Type** This is a contract position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona. **Work Environment** Outdoor work environment at a wastewater treatment plant. Must follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment. PPE will be provided, but employees must have composite or steel-toed boots and bring a tape measure.
