We are looking for a Laborer to join our team in Riverview, FL.
A laborer is responsible for the majority of the physical labor performed on construction projects. May operate a variety of hand and power tools. May lift and move objects, prepare the job site by clearing any debris, removing waste materials.

Essential Functions
Ability to lift objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.Ability to communicate orally and in writing, understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.Exercises their right, responsibility, and obligation to stop work when knowledgeable of job hazards.Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on construction projects; preparing jobsite including lifting and moving construction material, excavate and fill trenches and ditches, safely operate hand power tools, loading and unloading materials, spotting for equipment movement.Maintain a clean job site including tools and equipment to eliminate potential hazards.Mix concrete, pump concrete, grout, cement, sand, or plaster.Promote and maintain a safe work environment, ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, attend daily tool box meetings and company training programs.Must work productively and safely, consistently meet the production goals as set by the Foreman, Superintendent or Project ManagerAbility to safely perform physical duties associated with a labor position including but not limited to bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, climbing into and out of, and around heavy equipment.Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing or via radio.Work safely to prevent on the job accidents and injuries, wear all site specific mandated protective equipment including but not limited to hard hat, hearing protection, safety-toe boots and safety glasses.Adhere to all traffic laws, ordinances, and rules involved in heavy equipment operationAbility to read, understands, follow, and enforce safety procedures and prepare written reports and forms.Ability to work safely in a wide variety of climatic conditions and job site environments commonly found at Moretrench job sites.Work independently in the absence of supervisionAdhere to OSHA safety requirements.
