Setting the standard for care excellence, we are excited to announce the opening of our new Skilled Nursing Facility at Plumas District Hospital. The new facility is anticipated to welcome residents in August 2025. When fully operational, the facility will have 36 beds at full capacity, and bring approximately 37 job opportunities to our community, contributing a total of $2 million per year in salaries and wages. The facility will provide long term custodial care. We are seeking individuals who are caring, understanding, and enthusiastic about collaborating with our team to deliver outstanding care. Our program is operational from 7:45am to 5:15pm, Monday through Friday, and is approved for children aged 0 to 5 years.
