The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for the care of residents who need assistance, total care and help with daily living activities. They will be responsible for establishing patient care goals that help to promote patient independence, providing accurate and timely documentation, and providing the highest quality of patient care. 

Candidates for this role should have experience working in a skilled nursing facility and have the ability to provide the best customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff.
