Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Skilled Nursing (SNF), Registered Nurse, Wound Care for their Alturas, CA location. Responsibilities: + Under the direction of the DON/designee, the RN will be responsible for diagnosis and treatment of common problems related to the treatment, management and rehabilitation of patients with pressure injuries, wounds, ostomies and/or continence problems as well as patient education and education of nursing staff. + The Wound care nurse will practice across the spectrum of the organization including but not limited to emergency department, clinic, inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care. Requirements: + CA licensed RN and active CPR certification. + CWCN – Certified Wound Care Nurse within 2 years of hire + Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. + Dependable, organized, reliable, with good attendance.
