**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented **Skilled Technician – Level III** to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC. **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** + **Support Manufacturing Needs** : Perform skilled activities that directly support the manufacturing business, ensuring smooth operations. + **Promote Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards** : Stop work and report any major injury hazards, comply with HSE standards, and use appropriate personal protective equipment to maintain a safe work environment. + **Ensure High-Quality Workmanship** : Apply high standards of craftsmanship, perform quality inspections, and follow process documentation to maintain product quality. + **Enhance Equipment Reliability** : Support equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis and provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system to improve equipment reliability. + **Perform Maintenance Activities** : Conduct preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring equipment is in optimal condition. + **Maintain Clean Work Areas** : Keep work areas clean and orderly, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks, to promote a safe and efficient workspace. + **Collaborate and Coach** : Work with peers and support staff to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and improve processes.
