**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented **Skilled Technician – Level III** to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ **Support Manufacturing Needs** : Perform skilled activities that directly support the manufacturing business, ensuring smooth operations.
+ **Promote Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards** : Stop work and report any major injury hazards, comply with HSE standards, and use appropriate personal protective equipment to maintain a safe work environment.
+ **Ensure High-Quality Workmanship** : Apply high standards of craftsmanship, perform quality inspections, and follow process documentation to maintain product quality.
+ **Enhance Equipment Reliability** : Support equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis and provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system to improve equipment reliability.
+ **Perform Maintenance Activities** : Conduct preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring equipment is in optimal condition.
+ **Maintain Clean Work Areas** : Keep work areas clean and orderly, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks, to promote a safe and efficient workspace.
+ **Collaborate and Coach** : Work with peers and support staff to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and improve processes. Instruct and coach others, acting as an informal resource for team members with less capability.
+ **Engage in Continuous Improvement** : Participate in continuous improvement activities and local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams to enhance quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

**Education/Experience**
+ High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
+ Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

**Compensation (for United States)**
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The
final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s
qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
