Job DescriptionThis position plays a key role in helping to shape, execute and scale ServiceNow's employee volunteering program, while connecting social impact with the business. The Skilled Volunteering Program Manager will report into and work closely with the Senior Manager, Employee Volunteering to build a global skilled volunteering program.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a companywide skills-based volunteering program (pro bono volunteering) by matching employees with nonprofits and small businesses to leverage their skills and expertise to tackle challenges and accelerate impact
Curate an end-to-end skills-based volunteering program for technical and non-technical roles
Gain insights from the business to ensure the program is unique to ServiceNow
Draft communications for internal engagement initiatives to drive participation and awareness of opportunities and programs
Assist with logistics for individual, team and cohort-based volunteering initiatives
Collaborate with Leadership & Development teams to help drive a multi-dimensional program
Support engagement with our volunteer vendor partners
Document volunteering operations and drive continuous innovation
Partner with the communication and talent brand teams to share employee volunteer stories and amplify our culture of giving
QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience working in skilled volunteering
Experience building a skilled volunteering program required
Experience in program management
Demonstrated personal passion for corporate responsibility, social impact, philanthropy, community advocacy
A track record of successfully working with global stakeholders
Experience identifying, developing and managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Professional presence as a role model of adaptability, tolerance and creative problem-solving
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $112,200 - $196,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
