Remedy is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Skin Consultant to join our team. As a Skin Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and patient solutions by understanding our clients' skincare needs and recommending tailored solutions. You will be responsible for creating a positive and informative experience for potential customers, helping them on their journey to healthier, more beautiful skin.

You will report directly to the Branch Clinic Manager.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients in-person at our clinics as well as via phone calls. Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking skincare consultations. Listen attentively to clients to understand their specific skincare concerns and goals. Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess clients' skin conditions and requirements. Educate clients about our skincare treatments, products, and services, and provide detailed information on expected results and aftercare instructions Recommend personalized skincare solutions and treatment plans to address clients' needs. Collaborate with the medical team and aestheticians to ensure accurate and safe treatment recommendations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare trends, products, and technologies. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the client journey. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Assist in administrative tasks related to client scheduling and follow-ups.
