**Summary:**
Primarily responsible for locating contact information on defendants for litigation.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Investigates/ researches to locate address information on defendants after suit has been filed.
+ Contacts process servers
+ Determine if files continue to be suit worthy
+ Conducts internet search’s utilizing search engines (.e.g.TLO, Accurint, and all free sites to assist in locating debtors)
+ Other duties as assigned
**Education and/or Experience:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 2 - 3 years administrative experience
+ Experience working within a legal environment helpful
**Skills & Ability:**
+ Typing 30 - 40+ wpm with less than a 5% error rate
+ Intermediate Proficiency Level utilizing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Web Browser
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent organizational and research skills
+ Ability to follow instructions
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume environment
+ Ability to work independently as within a team environment
+ Ability to adapt to frequent change
+ Must possess a Positive Attitude
+ Detail Oriented
**Physical Abilities:**
Prolonged keying and sitting; lifting up to 25lbs infrequently; occasional standing and walking.
M – F, 40 hours, EOE. Must pass credit check, criminal and background check and drug test.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
