Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including design engineering and systems engineering, build team, planning, scheduling, Quality Assurance
• Experience with Composites and/or Fabrication
• Experience with engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing planning.
•Experience with MRP system or SAP or other Manufacturing Execution System (MES) application
•Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years - required to apply and the ability to obtain and maintain special program access prior to start.
Desired Skills:
•Bachelor's degree or higher education in Manufacturing Engineering or other related technical field
•Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) / Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Experience supporting various projects and coordinating activities related to the full life cycle of projects from conception to delivery
• Must have demonstrated effective communication skills and demonstrated ability to successfully work with other team members including Operations, Production Control, Quality Assurance, IT, Planning and Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to drive issues to closure and develop preventative action plan to limit failures in the future.
• Experience in composites fabrication including layup, bond, and machining
• Demonstrated ability to solve logistical issues and lead efforts to drive mission success.
• Experience working with suppliers in an aircraft modification and manufacturing environment
• Secret Clearance

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $78,500 - $150,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
