THE JOB:

As a Sky Suites Representative at Aria, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding  their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far  beyond their stay with us.

 

THE STARTING PAY: $20.25 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Assist VIP casino, hotel and convention guest reservations with hotel registration, hotel check out, concierge requests and  provide all other supporting servicesKnowledgeable on all dining and entertainment venues in the area including but not limited to: restaurants, golf courses,  spas, nightclubs and toursDescribe, solicit and enroll guests in the M-Life loyalty programCommunicate effectively through email, telephone and during face to face interactionsOwn all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure guest satisfactionAssume full responsibility for cashiering abilities to include but not limited to: maintaining a cash bank, resolving billing inquiries, creating posting master accounts, processing credit card authorizations and proper execution of casino compsMaintain suite occupancy by controlling the out of service rooms, setting up guest lists when required and only upgrading  suites after reviewing availabilityProvide business center services to include faxing, copying, emailing and facilitation of shipping needsPerform other job-related duties as requested

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.1+ Years of Prior Relevant guest service experience.6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience handling multi-line phones.1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in VIP Services, Front Desk, or Concierge.Multi-lingual.Experience in a similar resort setting.Familiar with Forbes/5 Star Standards.
