Mission of Function: Support Head of Accounting and Controlling to set up and optimize the accounting concept and system. Ensure company accounting/financial related guidelines and regulations well implemented, internal control procedure in place properly, and completeness and accuracy of the financial statements.
1. Coordinate as SLACO interface with GBS CN accounting service provider, responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities;2. Involvement in annual HB1audit, prepare HB1 supporting documents, coordinate and complete the final release of audit report;3. Prepare monthly JV vouchers; 4. Payment management, Liquidity Planning and Controlling;5. Bank accounts management including CMB, BOCOM, DB bank accounts;6. Treasure management including deposit, currency risk, hedging etc;7. Responsible for Fixed Assets management and yearly stock taking;8. Regular internal & external reporting package;9. Internal Control Process including PCMB/RIC control; Credit Control; Signature Mandate update etc;10. Support commercial in project controlling from accounting perspective upon request;11. Other special tasks/topics as per business/management requirements
Applicants' Profile:1. 5+ years of experience in financial functions like controlling, accounting and auditing; Familiar with financial accounting and reporting structure of Siemens would be advantage.2. Working experience in international companies is strongly required.3. Bachelor or above, major in Accounting and Finance.
