Slate CRM Administrator

Occupational Summary:
Under the supervision of the VPEM, the Slate CRM Administrator will support the daily functionality of the admissions customer relationship management (CRM) system, Slate. They will supervise the admissions processing team and assist other university personnel with Slate functionality. This role works with key stakeholders to support the business needs of the various academic programs across campus.
Position is full time (40hrs) and works 12 months per year. Paid time off and benefits starting after first 30 days. Approximately 20 days off with pay for observed holidays/breaks with an additional 2 weeks of vacation time accrued per year. Tuition waiver for employee, spouse and eligible dependents after one year of employment.

Responsibilities:
+ Oversee the day-to-day administration and management of the Slate CRM platform including the maintenance and continuous improvement of Slate functionality.
+ Supervise and train the admissions processing team; includes assigning tasks and reviewing timecards.
+ Maintain detailed documentation of systems and processes.
+ Provide training for Slate users.
+ Build queries and reports for admissions and campus partners.
+ Collaborate with deans and program directors to create and test new processes, ensuring data security and integrity.
+ Actively participate in and lead, when appropriate continuous improvement of data quality and related audit processes for the university student information system (Jenzabar/J1) and the Admissions CRM (Technolutions Slate).
+ Oversee completion of annual cycle prep work for graduate and undergraduate admission.
+ Work with Enrollment Leadership Team to strategically and collaboratively develop, implement, and maintain the University’s recruitment and communication strategy.
+ Lead integrations between the Slate system and other university software systems.
+ Research and evaluate industry best practices to increase efficiency and optimize the use of Slate.
+ Serve as the university’s technical contact with Slate users and outside partners.
+ Support the admissions team at all on and off campus events as needed.
+ Other duties as assigned and appropriate to the position.
Required Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills/Training:
+ Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, management or related discipline.
+ Two to three years’ experience in setup and management of Slate CRM system.
+ Ability to interact and partner with internal and external stakeholders to build consensus among various levels of management and staff.
+ Strong attention to detail; well-organized and results oriented.
+ Experience with data collection, designing workflows, and audit requirements.
+ Experience building and managing integrations with various third-party admissions applications preferred.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
