Ensure that GMP, Quality, Health & Safety, commercial risks, and adherence to regulatory requirements have been applied. Accountable for the Site’s role within the Artwork Packaging Service (APS) business processes and systems, including direct responsibility for the management of the interface with the Regional Service Centres. Maintain motivation and development of strong, flexible launch and change teams capable of meeting current, and responding to future business requirements. Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSK In this role you will: Be accountable for meeting customer expectations ensuring functional areas within the site supply chain deliver against their milestones, resolving issues affecting progression of artwork changes and launches. Management of risk within the production schedules to ensure supply is available and planned in via the relevant pack change/launch meetings. Management and oversight of site and market driven projects to ensure key milestones are met. Ensure the cross-functional Site Supply Team delivers key milestones. Understand that criticality of supply is a key GSK objective and build required project timelines to match this ambition. Prioritise changes and communicate to customers to maximise commercial ambition. Communicate to on-site and off-site stakeholders on project progression and issues where applicable. This includes GSK Commercial or third-party customers as appropriate. Why you? Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Highly developed internal and external customer focus and stakeholder management experience. Good understanding of PAO and Launch processes. Sound understanding of GSK and Supply Chain Processes. Demonstrated knowledge of the markets and products supplied. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Lean Six Sigma CI Qualification Experience of SAP and Artwork Management Systems is preferred. Ability to manage high workload against demanding timelines, prioritising where necessary to meet these. Sound interpersonal skills, team working, performance management, staff development and coaching experience. Project Management skills across different GSK departments and third-party suppliers.
