THE JOB:

Are you ready to take the jackpot of career opportunities? The Slot Operations Shift Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Slot Operations team during assigned shifts. In this role, you’ll focus on enhancing employee engagement, delivering exceptional guest service, and safeguarding company assets, all while ensuring smooth operations and compliance with property policies.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Lead, motivate, and support Slot Operations employees to create an engaging and high-performing team

Foster a guest-first environment by resolving issues swiftly and ensuring memorable service experiences

Oversee floor operations, ensuring games run seamlessly and guests are always in the action

Enforce property policies and maintain regulatory compliance to protect the integrity of operations

Monitor team performance, providing feedback, training, and development opportunities

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest and team member experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

A dynamic leader with slot operations and/or table games experience

Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise

Is Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying and resolving operational issues quickly

Has a passion for delivering outstanding service and fostering a fun, energetic environment

Thrives working varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, in the fast-paced world of casino operations

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$77,600.00 - $129,300.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
