**Full Time** **Monday-Friday| 8:00AM-4:30PM** **$21.00 Hourly** **Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.** **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Slot Systems Administrator will provide support for the Slot Departments within the assigned region(s). The Slot Systems Administrator will ensure slot system integrity of data for accurate analytics, brand consistency, and efficiency of operations. Must work within and between teams consisting of external Vendors and internal departments such as CNGC, Surveillance, IT, and Audit.. You will report to the Slot Systems Manager. **Primary Tasks:** 1. 1. Enter and maintain an accurate database of information for all Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM) and EGM projects, including conversions and modifications, slot floor moves, new installations, and software upgrades, with minimal interruption to operations; ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements surrounding EGM changes, CNO internal controls, policies, and procedures. 2. Create, modify, prepare, and distribute spreadsheets, verification documents, and testing documents for projects including installations, conversions, removals, game moves, and software upgrades. 3. Assemble, manage, and maintain an EGM Par Sheets folder and an EGM project folder, containing both digital and hard copies, including internal and external notifications, complete verification and testing documents, and any supporting EGM documentation. 4. Verify that MICS/TICS procedures are being adhered to including Progressive liability and verification, and EGM verification on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. 5. Create, execute, validate, and distribute numerous reports daily/monthly for various departments for operational and regulatory purposes. 6. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and accuracy of all in-house and WAP progressive records and required documentation during installation and removals, as well as daily CNO policies, procedures, and monthly MICS/TICS requirements. 7. May require travel to Choctaw gaming properties in Oklahoma. 8. Other duties as assigned. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** + Associate degree or 2 years directly related experience + Two (2) years previous Slot experience of Aristocrat Oasis.
