Slot Technician III / Slot Technician Supervisor
Summary

Maintains the gaming devices in proper operating condition and is responsible for the effective implementation of the Gaming Device Department's preventive maintenance program. Will perform the duties as Acting Slot Technician Lead in their absence.

Slot Technician Iii

Essential Duties And Responsibilities include

Identify and repair slot machine malfunctions. Responsible for Training Junior Slot Technicians. Maintain Gaming Device On-Line System. Maintain records. Provide technical assessment to slot floor personnel. Perform slot machine setup/configuration as required. Perform Slot machine relocations. Responsible for Gaming Devise Machine Entry Authorization Log, Gaming Device Access Key, Gaming Device Drop Key (escorted by Security Officer from the time key is issued until the time the key is returned), Gaming Device Bill Validator Key (escorted by Security Officer from the time key is issued until the time the key is returned).

This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description.  Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced, or deleted to meet the business needs of the company.

Supervisory Responsibilities                                           

This position will guide Slot Technicians I and II.

Slot Supervisor

Maintains the gaming device in proper operating condition and is responsible for the effective implementation of the Gaming Device Department's preventive maintenance program. Set up slot sections, move slot machines as needed. Directs the work of Slot Technician I, II, III.

 Plan and Direct assigned work projects.  Responsible for Training Junior Slot Technicians.  Maintain Gaming Device On-Line System.  Update the written Out of Order machine list daily  Maintain records.  Provide technical assessment to slot floor personnel.  Perform slot machine setup / configuration as required.  Perform Slot machine relocations.  Responsible for Gaming Devise Machine Entry Authorization Log, Gaming Device Access Key, Gaming Device Drop Key (escorted by Security Officer from the time key is issued until the time the key is returned), Gaming Device Bill Validator Key (escorted by Security Officer from the time key is issued until the time the key is returned).

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position will guide the Slot Technicians I, II, and III.

Must be at least 21 years of age or older.  Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent Formal Technical Training At least three (3) years of experience as a Slot Technician II Technical Training may be substituted with an additional two (2) years of experience Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills At least two (5) years of experience as a Slot Technician II or III Technical Training may be substituted with an additional two (2) years of experience
