Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Verify and maintain compliance records of item quality, product rotation, and inventory related documentation.Utilize applicable tools to determine the proper SKU location within the warehouse areasMaintain organized and detailed records.Daily review and location assignment of new items.Verify timely completion of cycle counts, date captures and out of date product pulls.Monitor processes to ensure SOPs are followed.Work with the leadership team on implementation of slotting initiatives.Plan and execute of warehouse item slotting program in accordance with all associated standard operating procedures and established best practices.Coordinate efforts of internal departments to meet item slotting key performance indicators.Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel.Perform analysis of inventory throughout the production life cycle.Prepare reports of results and conclusions for management.Shift Details: Monday – Friday (Monday – Thursday: 6:00 am to 2:30pm, Friday: 5:00am to 1:30pm) Overtime as required
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of related experienceCritical Requirements
Strong verbal/written communication.Ability to collaborate with different departments.Exceptional attention to detail of data and analytics.Able to work as a team or independently with no supervision.Able to work consistently in a cold environment or tight spaces.
Microsoft Access, Excel, and Outlook experience is preferred.Willingness to be certify on reach truck and order picker.Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 30+ pounds and be mobile on foot throughout the day if needed.Preferred Skills:
SQL, (The ability to sort, process, and analyze data)Career Level - IC - Operations Support - O3
