Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

 

Location: Wilson, NC

Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $55-$58 per hour (Weekly Pay)

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Wilmington, NC. This role involves working within school hours, providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping children achieve their communication goals and thrive in their educational environment.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ communication needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.

 

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred. Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
