Opportunity Overview
Provide technical support and resolution to the customers production systems including system installations, issues diagnostic, system recover. Etc.. To make sure system can be recovered to production quickly. Work on shift support, possible need support shift during the night shift or weekend, even the public holiday. Production system Preventative Maintenance in monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Daily communication with customer in terms of the system issues, provide the quick solution and supporting to customer. Escalate service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved. Data collection include downtime data, uptime data, MCBA etc.., HW failure analysis and computer test log analysis.

Bachelor in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 2 years’ experience in Field Service/Maintenance role and prior experience in semiconductor system level test is an advantage. Good working knowledge with automation applications. Good command on Microsoft Excel is a must. Knowledge in C, C++/ Visual C++ programming will be an advantage. Strong analytical skill and good written and verbal communication skills in English and your native language are required Proactive team player, meticulous with ability to work independently and under pressure
