Opportunity Overview + On-site service of the production (tester) system at the customer OSAT factories, include the downtime trouble shooting, jam recover, utilization improvement. + Performing the new system installation or any upgrade or retrofits. + Data collection and data first level analyzing to find the issues root causes such as the mechanical, electrical and automation problems + Daily on duty reporting of the major issues to the team + Preventative maintenance per the guideline periodically + Issues reporting and escalations internally + Hold and represent TER to attend weekly 3-way meeting between customer, OSAT and TER All About You We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position. + Bachelor degree in electronics, mechanical. + Minimum 5 years work experience in Electronical or Mechanical or semiconductor areas. + Familiar of the automation testing, With automation equipment & testers maintenance experience is preferred. + Rich skills to do the Automation logs, testing logs analysis. + Can communicate in English fluently both in writing and talking + Strong reporting skills to use MS office, especially to use PPT + Strong communication skills and teamwork skills. + Able to business trip occasionally both in domestic and abroad. + Able to accept the shift work or Overtime work if needed. + Strong skills to do the timing, ownership, and priority management. #LI-MH1 Current openings may involve access to export controlled technology and may be subject to export licensing requirements prior to employment.
