**Country:** Saudi Arabia **Location:** Carrier, 6th Floor, Tawnia Tower, Ulaya, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia **Role Responsibilities:** + Lead the SM project team across the 4 entities + Ensure to execute the SM projects at highest quality and on time. + Optimizes the sourcing strategies to allocate manpower efficiently, + Coaches team members, and owns standard customer agreements and service levels to ensure operational objectives are met. + Coordinates, prioritizes and resolves issues encountered by a more experienced team/multiple teams across multiple geographic locations. + Determines how to solve complex escalated issues that would impact the business and provides recommendations for solutions to executive leadership. + Possesses strong technical/product knowledge. + Quality Issue Management. + Contacts key stakeholders to resolve complaints and establish the appropriate improvement plan. + Establishes and maintains training and audit/assessment programs to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of internal controls. + Owns standard customer agreements and service levels. **Minimum Requirements:** + University Degree and minimum 15 years prior relevant experience **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
