GDIT is seeking highly experienced and qualified Small Exercise Team Lead to support our Mission Command (MC) training teams at the Fort Riley, KS Mission Training Complex (MTC).

HOW A SMALL EXCERSICE TEAM LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Supervises the development, organization, and delivery of training and educational programs for customer personnel.Develops training scenarios for units up to battalion level using VBS3, WST, and other emergent simulations systems.Advises unit leadership on training resources, and tailors training to meet their needs.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: HS DiplomaRequired Experience: 3+ years of related experienceRequired Technical Skills: 3 years of experience in VBS3 and Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS).Security Clearance Level: Secret
