Small Format Sales Coordinator
As the Sales Coordinator, you are a critical part of the team and will provide reliable, high-quality sales support to our Small Format Strategic Retail team. You will be a key contributor to a fast-paced and growing team. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating key meetings and supporting execution excellence with our customers and bottling partners. In addition, you will complete and maintain sales and trade data and support National Account Executives with details needed to set up and maintain items in the retailer’s systems. You will play a key role in organizing the trade management process and promotional event details.
What you will do:
Partner with Sales team to create and host key customer meetings including compiling presentation materials and meeting site readiness. Coordinate new item launch details including customer samples, new item forms, speed to market programs.Resolve service execution opportunities with our bottling partners on behalf of our retailersDrive Direct Store Delivery team execution by creating selling materials and auditing weekly reports from our in-store team. Lead trade management process ensuring all events are entered into the system on time and in full for financial accuracy. This includes organizing promotional allowances, solving any price discrepancies, and maintaining internal systems. Requirements
What you must have:
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution highly preferred Experience using MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, graphs, macros, data simulation)Experience with retailer portal or internal retailer process interaction preferredPrefer experience in “Fortune 500” company, or in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Beverage, or related industries. Prior Sales experience a plus.High degree of curiosity for the retail space with strong personal drive and energy to succeed Strong organization skills with detail oriented and analytical mindset.Ability to manage multiple tasks and to develop efficient and effective “go to market” processes. Effective at shifting priorities as business needs require.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to problem solve, drive change management and collaboration skills#LIHybrid
