Main Purpose 

Responsible for establishing technical criteria to support sales and train the sales force in the small agriculture segments throughout the country. Implements actions focused on advisory crops and new local business to complement coverage throughout the country. Coordinator of demonstration trials and field days in the sales region. 

 

Your mission will be to 

Coordinate the alignment of technical criteria for the proper use of Bayer products in the new business segment of local commercial stores. 

Train and strengthen technical knowledge on crop protection products in local distributor technical advisors, as well as smallholder growers and end-customers.  

Develop trusting relationships and facilitate continuous feedback with key technical advisors in the smallholder sector across the country. 

Optimize the efficiency of the commercial services strategy routing process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and needs. 

Identify and promote synergies between regional sales needs, product portfolio and services targeted to this segment. 

Communicate and consolidate the technical knowledge and positioning of our products in all segments of smallholder agriculture to ensure effective marketing in the region. 

Define key technical criteria for crops in the sales area, adapting solutions to the needs of small growers and local businesses to strengthen their production capacity and sustainability. 

Train the distributor team in technical and commercial aspects, ensuring that the knowledge acquired focuses on the right products for small growers and the local market, fostering growth in these segments. 

Coordinate demonstration trials in the sales region and organize Field Days, focusing on promoting products that align with the specific needs, thus expanding coverage and impact in the agricultural community. 

Implement and manage the commercial services strategy, providing technical support and personalized advice to specific clients within the small grower and local business segments, with the goal of strengthening relationships and promoting expansion in the sales region. 

Prepare a detailed agricultural report for the sales region, focusing on analyzing the needs and opportunities of small growers, to propose effective solutions and drive growth in this segment. 

 

Unlock your potential 

Agronomics Engineer, Civil Engineer, Commercial Engineer, minimum 3 years' experience working in sales or marketing role. 

Advanced Product, Portfolio & Agronomic Knowledge. 

Knowledge and Management of Digital Tools / Analytics 

Great organization and planning skills (Proactive). 

Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholders' management skills. 

Power BI (desired)
