Continuously improve scheduling and automation systems for FAB productivity enhancement

•Work with stakeholders to understand and close performance gaps in weekly AutoStaging metrics

•Work with stakeholders to ensure a proper balance between global line prioritization, local area optimization and priority lot cycle time

•Work with stakeholders to find strategic solution to improve Fab productivity

•Work with WW network teams to benchmark and align BKMs and future solutions for scheduling and automation.

•Provide strategic approach for future solutions on the factory automation system

•Work with WW OI to have a consolidated scheduling solution and continuously improve the business process

•Adopt a “Design for Sustainability” and “Design for Self-Service” approach to solutions design and development.

•Identify the requirements in a project scope and facilitate the implementation in the factory automation system.

•Have the responsibility for system deployment quality and work with stakeholders to ensure the quality of deployment and continuously improve the business process

•Support and provide technical expertise or visibility for line/area management decision making

•Participate/Coordinate in cross-functional teams and special projects

•Create document and support business processes for scheduling and automation service requests

•Complete training profiles and train other team members as assigned

•Participate in weekly OI on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage on critical OI-related issues
