What You Will Do:
In this fast-paced environment, you will leverage your advanced Smartsheet skills to manage and optimize project workflows, ensuring efficient and effective project execution. You will utilize Smartsheet features such as cell linking, cross-sheet formulas, reporting, and dashboards, and manage project portfolio processes using Smartsheet Control Center and Admin Center. You will design and implement Smartsheet Blueprints, create and manage Dynamic Views, and build and deploy WorkApps. Additionally, you will create complex reports and dashboards, and automate data import/export with Smartsheet Data Shuttle. You will also automate workflows using Bridge by Smartsheet, design and manage data relationships, create process diagrams, set up automated workflows, and integrate Smartsheet with other tools using APIs. Your role will involve problem-solving, data analysis, project planning, stakeholder engagement, documentation, training, collaboration, product roadmapping, continuous improvement, and facilitating design sessions with stakeholders.
Utilize advanced Smartsheet features such as cell linking, cross-sheet formulas, reporting, and dashboards to manage and streamline project data.Manage and automate project portfolio processes using Smartsheet Control Center, including project creation, data aggregation, and reporting.Design and implement Smartsheet Blueprints to standardize project templates and ensure consistency across projects.Create and manage Dynamic Views to control what information users can see and edit, enhancing data security and collaboration.Build and deploy WorkApps to create custom, role-based applications that streamline workflows and improve user experience.Allocate resources, track time, and forecast project needs using Smartsheet Resource Management.Create complex reports and dashboards using Smartsheet's advanced reporting features to provide actionable insights.Automate the import and export of data between Smartsheet and other systems using Smartsheet Data Shuttle.Automate workflows and integrate with other business systems without coding using Bridge by Smartsheet.Design and manage data relationships, flow, and storage within Smartsheet.Create detailed process diagrams to map out workflows and identify inefficiencies.Set up automated workflows in Smartsheet to streamline processes.Integrate Smartsheet with other tools and platforms using APIs.Manage account provisioning and governance through the Admin Center.Identify and address issues quickly and effectively using strong problem-solving skills.Analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making and process improvements.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.Document user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.Conduct training sessions for regular users and power users, and provide ongoing technical support.Work effectively with cross-functional teams using strong interpersonal skills.Create and manage product roadmaps to guide the implementation process.Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve processes and systems.Facilitate design sessions with stakeholders to collaboratively refine processes and system design.What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of professional experience and a minimum of 2 years working with Smartsheet, including advanced features such as cell linking, cross-sheet formulas, reporting, and dashboards.Proficiency in using Smartsheet Control Center and designing Smartsheet Blueprints.Ability to create and manage Dynamic Views and build WorkApps.Expertise in creating detailed process diagrams to map out workflows and identify inefficiencies.Experience with setting up automated workflows in Smartsheet.Skills in creating complex reports and dashboards using Smartsheet's advanced reporting features.Ability to analyze Smartsheet configurations, identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes.Experience with Smartsheet Data Shuttle and Bridge by Smartsheet for automating workflows and data integration.Familiarity with designing and managing data relationships, flow, and storage within Smartsheet.Experience managing the governance of large organizations through the Admin Center.Ability to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and manage expectations.Proficiency in documenting user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
