Role SummaryThe SMB Account Manager will oversee inbound business generated through channel partners, providing support to customers with 1–100 employees within South East Asia. Responsibilities include assisting partners with quotes, renewals, deal registrations, licensing, and other sales-related activities.
Please note this role is remote, we do require candidates to be based within the Philippines and easy reach to the Makati office. for days requested by the hiring manager to join team meetings onsite. What You Will DoManage a funnel of inbound leads prioritize responses based on service level agreements and exceed monthly quota for closing sales opportunities.Ensure quotes and other tasks are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies.Understand the end-to-end processes across deal flow including roles and responsibilities of cross-functional support teams to quickly resolve issues.Update CRM () with conversations, competitive information, decision-making criteria, and other pertinent information.Communicate effectively and efficiently with the customer partner to progress on assigned tasks.Achieving agreed quarterly sales goals and performance indicators for daily standards for some tasks handled and closed i.e. tickets, calls, emails, and other sales activities.Effectively communicate with Sophos prospects and customers using phone, email, SMS, and our Sales Engagement Platform ().What You Will BringMinimum 3-5 years of relevant channel experience in IT Industry.Experience within a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to build and develop relationships with partners at all levels.Proven track record in forecasting and achieving sales goals through partners, via phone calls and emails.Strong capability to manage multiple competing priorities and demonstrate problem-solving skills effectively.Experience with Salesforce, OutreachStrong Communication skillsTeam player with a winning personality and attitude
