Can you establish, manage, and maintain relationships with our Channel Partners?

What will be your key responsibilities?

Monitor market conditions, trends, and competitor activity to identify business opportunitiesProvide insights to internal teams to adjust and improve sales strategiesAchieve and exceed sales quotas and targetsTrain and support resellers on Lenovo’s product portfolio, benefits, and featuresPrepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.Provide accurate sales forecasts and updatesWork closely with 4P, Ops, Marketing and Sales/Distribution teams to execute sales initiatives


What do we expect from you?

3-5 years of sales experience in IT/PC hardware, preferably within the SMB segmentProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of the SMB customer base and market dynamicsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving skills and result-driven approach.Fluent Russian & Georgian language skills and good command of English Understanding and in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition.Experience in the Georgian market or other of REE countries is highly desirable
