At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. _The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team._ We are looking for a Senior SMB Account Manager to drive renewals, expansion, and long-term strategic partnerships with our Australia & New Zealand clients. The role is ideal for a highly driven, consultative sales professional who thrives in managing a high-volume book of business while delivering measurable value to customers. As a trusted advisor, you will: + Own and manage renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to drive maximum revenue retention and growth. + Proactively engage clients to ensure full adoption and ROI of LinkedIn’s Talent & Learning Solutions. + Act as a strategic partner to customer, identifying needs, solving challenges, and guiding them to best-fit solutions. + Navigate complex stakeholder relationships, from end-users to senior decision-makers, to increase product engagement and contract value. + Leverage data insights to forecast, mitigate churn risk, and maximize expansion opportunities. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, resilience, and the ability to influence business outcomes. Responsibilities: + Drive account growth by maximizing renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. + Proactively manage a high-volume book of business, balancing short-term wins with long-term customer success. + Leverage data insights to forecast opportunities, mitigate risks, and make informed decisions. + Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Scaled Customer Success, Technical Support, Billing, Collections) to address customer needs and enhance engagement. + Develop strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders to build trust and increase the value of LinkedIn’s solutions. + Continuously improve through feedback, ongoing learning, and staying informed about market trends and customer needs. Basic Qualifications: + 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role (renewals, account management, or consultative sales) Preferred Qualifications: + Background in SaaS, HR tech, or recruiting software sales. + Strong negotiation skills for value-based contract discussions with senior stakeholders. + Ability to analyze account data, forecast risks, and drive retention strategies. + Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced sales environment. + Experience selling to ANZ markets. + Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). + Strong understanding of the HR and Talent industry.
