The Position

Get ready for an exciting ride within the APAC Recruitment team as we look for our next Subject Matter Expert! This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Recruitment and Vendor Management. You’ll provide strategic support in the end to end hiring process across the Asia Pacific region and work hand in hand with different functions to hire the best talents. 

Duties and Responsibilities:As SME, Recruitment, you will execute and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles assigned. You need to adhere to the data quality standards and deliver against defined SLAs. The process includes but not limited to the following:Leading and managing end to end hiring activities.Partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership team on resource planning, executing recruiting strategies and other talent related processesGenerating candidates through passive and active sourcing methods.Pre-selecting candidates and provide hiring managers with qualified short list.Facilitating kick-off call meetings.Establishing and drive relationship with vendors, partners, and staffing agencies.Preparing recruitment reports for key stakeholders.You will partner with respective HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure operational process excellence.You need to provide reliable reports and market data when required.You’ll be in charge of vendor management and ensure our partners’ adherence to process standards and agreed performance expectations.You’re expected to initiate and lead continuous improvement projects and guide team members as needed.You will also act as the interim POC for overall APAC operations if the Recruitment Lead is not around.As you facilitate the process, you are expected to be compliant to:Legal local and regional regulations especially in a shared service environment regarding labor and employment law, tax, data protectionInternal risk and control processes Corporate HR Procedures, Policies and SOPsAbout our Future Employee:

To qualify for the role, you should have at least 7 years of solid background in end-to-end recruitment in a shared services set up.
Additionally, we are looking for candidates with:

Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.Strong background in hiring for different countries across regions.Ability to work across business units and geographies, with understanding of different cultural nuances. Business fluency in English, both written and verbal.Project management experience is a plus.Leadership background would be an asset.
