Overview Highlight is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide innovative ways to find, analyze, and present data for a federal customer in a disaster management environment. Responsibilities Update/enhance, maintain, create, and provide value-added deliverables across adaptive Agile methodologies Lead innovative approaches to analyze and deliver data to federal stakeholders Leverage integration of tools to include Esri and automation capabilities to include, AI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) Serve as advisor to stakeholders regarding IT modernization and emerging technologies (ex-AI & ML) Qualifications Required Qualifications Masters Degree and 10 years of experience SME in Agile methodologies Experience providing relevant support in a disaster management/disaster recovery environment Knowledge of Kanban Approach, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) Experience leading teams of consultants and senior level personnel Previous management experience Desired Qualifications PMP certification Expertise knowledge in ArGIS Hub, Tableau, MS Azure, MS 365 and PowerBI workspace Previous experience supporting programs within FEMA About Highlight For over ten years, Highlight has provided Development and Modernization, Secure IT, and Mission Solution services to our federal government customers.
