SME Marketing SpecialistWhat does a successful SME Marketing Specialist do?
The SME Marketing Specialist will support our key client in Spain in analysing, making decisions and executing the SME merchant acquiring business, by leveraging Fiserv’s extensive and global know-how, product and technical reach and best practices. This role will be part of the key team deployed in Spain as part of Fiserv’s long-term commitment to the market to “move money and information in a way that moves the world”.
What you will do:
Work with our client/s to understand and re-define their target customers: SME segmentation, offering/product bundles, unique selling points, pricing, communication strategy, customer experience and touchpoints.Leverage Fiserv’s experience in the SME business across different geographies and continents (e.g. Clover) to drive critical thinking and best practice adoption in our client organization/s, with a particular focus in non-payment related value generation: SaaS & Apps as a driver for non-financial client lifetime value creation, cross-sell and retention strategies and value-added services in general.Support client/s, where applicable, in any ongoing marketing and/or sales support activity: training, incentive plans, promotions, profitability analysis, client experience optimization and digitization, etc.What you will need to have:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing in the Spanish payments and/or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and/or commercial banking industries.Customer focus/centricity as well as an entry-level understanding of the merchant acquiring and digital payments’ ecosystem are core requirements, both in Spain and abroad.Communication or Brand experience is a plus.Good understanding of the payments’ industry trends and success stories.Ownership, accountability, self-motivation and planning skills.Excellent verbal and written communication both in Spanish and in English.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
