FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: 40 hours/week

Position Summary

This position is responsible for the oversight of the planning, coordinating, and overseeing of all Project Management at MultiCare Health System. This position is the primary liaison between the department leadership, EOC leadership, construction management vendor representing the owner, MultiCare Health System. The position plans and coordinates delegated resources, both external and internal, for the successful completion of general maintenance and other construction projects. Work situations are varied and require technical expertise the area of responsibility. This position requires organization, prioritization, leadership, and coordination of work assignments. Internal contacts are general in nature and include all levels of staff and management throughout MultiCare Health System. External contacts include vendors and outside contractors. This is a non-managerial position.

Requirements

Associates degree or vocational/technical program completion (preferably in business, healthcare or information technology) Bachelors preferred An equivalent combination of related training/coursework and experience (information, trades) in a healthcare environment may be substituted for education Certification in related area preferred (CHFM, Healthcare Project Management, Healthcare Construction, Healthcare Infection Control) Minimum five (5) years project management experience

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $93,018.00 - $133,869.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
