About the role:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop planned and scheduled work within the maintenance management system for future mobile equipment activities to improve work force productivityEliminate potential delays and obstacles to efficient work execution through coordinated availability of resources, parts and material, equipment access and ensuring thorough backlog management within the CMMSDirect daily work execution for the mechanics and planned maintenance compliance follow-up and executionEnsure team is operating safely and compliance with all EHS standards remains intactSupervise hourly employees; plan and coordinate efforts with departmentsLabor relations activities including responses to grievances and day to day labor interfaceSupervise Departmental safety, quality, cost performance and provide leadership and support to improve desired performance and behaviorPlace Oracle PO orders specific to Department Asset assigned toEnsure all filter/fluids on hand for PMsProvide ETAs for all parts orders via spreadsheet for planning purposesCoordinate Parts Inventory with Union employee receiving/stocking ordersWrite POs for Departmental rentals - coordinating with FMLOversee/coordinate VMI orders/vendors for Truck ShopMaintain parts manuals/equipment drawings on Truck Shop database

What You Can Bring to the Role:

High School Diploma or GED3-5 years of fleet maintenance leadership experience with some technical education beyond high schoolProficiency with computers including Microsoft office and web-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

Maintenance Planning experience within CMMSAssociates or technical school degree in a technical fieldHeavy industrial vehicle maintenance experience/education STRONGLY PREFERRED
