Job Responsibilities:
 

Conduct the audit against the SMETA requirements Review and close necessary nonconformance during the audit Submit the CAPR based on defined timeline in SEDEX and BV Office

 

Qualification requirement:

Lead Auditor

University degree level or equivalent proven experience APSCA RA/ CSCA Level Soft skills (communication, presenting) Worker Interview training Homeworking (if applicable) Training in a globally accepted social compliance scheme (SA8000, amfori BSCI, WRAP etc) and international standards (ILO conventions) Regular training or information update sessions to ensure they keep up with changes to industry audit methodology best practices, local and international laws, and SMETA elements.

Supporting Auditor

University degree level or equivalent proven experience APSCA ASCA registration Soft skills (communication, presenting) Regular training or information update sessions to ensure they keep up with changes to industry audit methodology best practices, local and international laws, and SMETA elements.
